Pop up shop is seeking a part-time Shipper/Receiver.
We are a creative company producing specialty inks and markers, as well as art and design projects.
Krink is a small company with a few employees; good vibes are essential for good workflow.
This position is best-suited for someone with small business experience.
The position is part-time, 20 – 25 hrs per week.
M/W/F 10-6 or M/T/W/Th/F 12-5 Hours are flexible.
Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:

Shipping/Receiving
Ship domestic and international orders daily using ReadyShipper software.
- UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, freight forwarder
- Includes international paperwork using PDF filler: NAFTA, BOL, commercial invoice, customs forms.
Programs used (will train right person): UPS WorldShip, ReadyShipper, FedEx, and USPS online
Receive factory orders into inventory
Monthly inventory count of all products in warehouse
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Office Tasks
Maintain warehouse and inventory appearance
Manage inventory of shipping supplies including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.
Sweeping and dusting once a week
Breaking down boxes and taking out garbage, every Wednesday
Occasional painting/studio tasks

Qualifications
Candidate must be detail-oriented, focused and flexible. Prior shipping experience and familiarity with Windows platform a must.

Salary
Salary is $8/hr. Salary is based on experience.

Krink is seeking an experienced full-time Wholesale Sales Manager

We are a creative company producing specialty art supplies and art projects. We wear many different hats and take on a multitude of tasks each day.

Krink is a small company with a few employees; good vibes are essential for good workflow.

This position is best-suited for someone with small business experience. Salaried position; Monday-Friday, flexible 10am-6:30pm.

Candidate must be self-motivated and able to manage their tasks, we’re doing many different tasks all the time.

It’s vital the candidate be organized and detail-oriented.

This is a great opportunity for the right personality to run a small, growing business in a creative environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:


Sales/Analytics:

Analyze and determine cost margins, discounts, and COGS, on a quarterly basis

Develop sales strategies and leads to maximize sales growth

Publish and analyze sales reports: monthly, quarterly, annually

Account management: domestic & international wholesale accounts, sales inquiries

Determine discounts for distributors based on volume, cost margins and cost of goods

Manage web shop and develop promotions.

Order fulfillment: enter orders into Quickbooks to produce packing list and invoice

Maintain forms for new and current customers, order forms, credit card authorizations, etc.

Keep schedule of, plan, and attend annual trade shows

Coordinate Projects such as Art and Promotional Items

Customer service/Customer relationships/Retail Shop Visits


Office management:

Manage/Oversee Inventory Control Department

Organize and maintain contacts and calendar

Maintain inventory of office supplies: printer ink, paper, envelopes, etc.

Book travel for projects, sales events, trade shows; some personal travel for owner

Oversee shipping department


General Qualifications

Education/Experience

College degree required.

Minimum 3 years management, sales, and analytical experience, overseeing sales/operations.

Supervisory experience in an office setting.

Sales and customer service experience in the wholesale industry.


Technical Skills

Quickbooks and advanced Excel skills required.

Experience running a retail web store a plus.

Proficient on Mac and PC.


General Required Skills

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to create and meet deadlines unsupervised.
